About Sacred Heart School, Tezpur
Sacred Heart School was established in 1990, situated at the outskirts of Tezpur town, Assam. The School is run by the congregation of the Sacred Heart Sisters, Amala Province, Assam (A Religious Congregation founded by Venerable Fr.Mathew Kathalikkatil). It’s a Catholic unaided School affiliated to SEBA. It currently operates from class Nursery to 10. It is a co-educational institution which welcomes students from various backgrounds irrespective of caste religion.
Our vision regarding imparting education to the young minds is not confined to the class rooms alone; it goes much beyond. Students are given ample opportunities to participate in various curricular and co-curricular activities. Due Importance is given to physical education as well. The School caters to the integral growth or holistic development of the students in all spheres emotional, intellectual, social, cultural, moral, spiritual etc.
The School is blessed with well qualified members of the staff, Digital and well furnished classrooms, , beautiful and ecofriendly ambience away from the din and bustle of city.
