Rev. Mother Christopher is the foundress of the Sacred Heart Hr Secondary School, Tezpur. Her dream for an educational institution which had an inclusive nature was materialized in the year 1991 with the establishment of Sacred Heart Hr Secondary School. Ever since, she has been its source of inspiration and driving force , vigilantly watching and accompanying its every step of growth into the fulfilment of its original goal and purpose viz. to be the distributors of the compassionate love of the sacred Heart of Jesus. Thus, from the beginning of School’s inception its mantle has been providing provision for the education of the underprivileged and the differently abled children irrespective of caste, creed and religion without compromising the rights and needs of the mainstream.
